ARM Holdings PLC29 May 2007 ARM Holdings plc (the 'Company') Transaction in Own Shares The Company announces that on 29 May 2007 it purchased 750,000 of its ordinaryshares through UBS Investment Bank at a price of 138.4235 pence per share. Thepurchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 67,915,911 ordinary shares astreasury shares.
