Transaction in Own Shares

BCA Marketplace plc, Europe's leading automotive business services group, notifies that, on 26 February 2018, the Company acquired 3,259,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 171.42 pence per share. The highest and lowest prices paid per share were 172.8 pence and 169.0 pence respectively. The Ordinary Shares acquired will be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued share capital comprises 804,256,263 Ordinary Shares, of which 7,344,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in BCA is 796,912,263 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BCA under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
