Transaction in own shares

Printing.com plc (the "Company") announces that on 18 June 2008 it purchased through Brewin Dolphin Limited a total of 200,000 of the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each.

All of these shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 38.75p per share.

The purchased shares will be held in treasury. The Company's current total voting rights are now 44,593,465 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding the 400,000 shares that have so far been repurchased into treasury).
