bwin.party announces that on 8 January 2014 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 200,000 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 117.11 pence per share. The highest price paid was 118.25 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 115.80 pence per share.

The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 817,078,369 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 813,967,475 (total number of shares in issue minus 3,110,894 shares held by the employee benefit trust (bwin.party Shares Trust) in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
