Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 320,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 228.40p, the lowest price paid was 226.50p and the average price paid was 227.2205p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 14,419,764 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,140,107,861 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
