Transaction in own shares

Telit announces today that it has issued 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via its existing blocklisting for its various existing share option plans, which have been transferred into treasury for the purposes of employees' share option plan allotments.

Following the above transfer into treasury stock, the Company will hold 840,496 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 127,784,422.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 127,784,422. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
