On 1 March 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,58,447 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £44.61376 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 15,893,971 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 718,685,819 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
