Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 21,891 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 72.15 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 15,590,493 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 82,880,693.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
