Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 215.00p, the lowest price paid was 210.55p and the average price paid was 212.5021p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 29,191,964 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,125,335,661 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
