Further to the announcement of its irrevocable, non-discretionary sharerepurchase programme on 19 March 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the"Company") announces that under the terms of that programme it purchased 50,000ordinary shares of the Company at a price of £46.995384 per share on 28 March2013. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 18,422,478 ordinary shares held as treasury shares ; and

2. 716,398,694 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
