Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that between 25 and 30 June 2008 it purchased 184,190
Ordinary shares at an average price of 222.92p per share to be held in
Treasury. The Company has also requested the cancellation of 300,000 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
Following these transactions, the Company's total issued share capital is 10,500,000 of which 36,410 are held in Treasury. The Company will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
