The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that on 29 November 2012 the Company purchased 675,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 94.50 pence per share to be held in Treasury.
Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 80,866,771 shares of which 9,893,819 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 2 plc is 70,972,952 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
