Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 15 November 2017, it purchased 400,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 66.25 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 93,822,217 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
