Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 20 January 2026 it purchased 67,890 of its own ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP at an average price of 364.91 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
