Bunzl PLC12 October 2007 12 October 2007 BUNZL PLC TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES Bunzl plc ("Bunzl") announces that it has today purchased through JP MorganCazenove Limited 300,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 694.0859p pershare. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, Bunzl holds 23,170,000 ordinary shares as treasuryshares.
