ECO Animal Health Group plc

ECO Animal Health Group plc announces that it has today bought back 6,487 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 241 pence per Ordinary Share, to be held to treasury.
Following the share buy-back the ECO Animal Health Group plc's issued ordinary share capital consists of 63,197,421 Ordinary Shares, of which 14,565 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Each Ordinary Share carries one vote. Accordingly, the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue is 63,182,856.
