Barratt Redrow plc, ISIN: GB0000811801 (the "Company", "Barratt Redrow") announces that on 19 January 2026 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each from UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as part of its £50 million share repurchase programme announced on 5 January 2026 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from UBS as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,425,066,582.
