Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 9,956 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 850.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,803,823 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,546,622.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 39,712 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 103.94 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 12,683,989 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 86,015,089.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
