Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 185.50p, the lowest price paid was 175.25p and the average price paid was 179.5571p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 39,672,879 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,114,854,746 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
