Enterprise Inns plc - Transaction in Own Shares
Enterprise Inns plc (the "Company") announces that on 14 July 2016, pursuant to the authority given to the Company by its shareholders, and a share repurchase programme with Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch the following ordinary shares:

Following the above purchases, the Company has 548,783,070 ordinary shares in issue, including 50,000,000 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights excluding shares held in treasury is now 498,783,070.
The above figure of 498,783,070 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
