The Company announces that on 04 March 2026 it has purchased a total of 97,767 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as detailed below:

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 358,018,369 ordinary shares.

Since 3 March 2026, the Company has purchased 189,867 shares at a cost of £1,508,988.51.
