Transaction in Own Shares

Sepura plc (the "Company") announces that it has on 19 September transferred from treasury a total of 52,167 of its ordinary shares of £0.0005 each ("Shares") for the purpose of satisfying the exercise of awards under the Company's 2009 Sharesave Scheme at an exercise price of 31 pence per Share.

Following the above transactions, there are 2,317 Shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company (excluding treasury Shares) is 138,643,114. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
