Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Company") TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Herzeliya, Israel, 09 November 2012: Emblaze announces that in accordance with the share repurchase programme announced on 04 September 2012, it purchased and transferred into Treasury 14,731 of its own shares on 08 November 2012 at a price of 49.00 pence per share.
Including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company now holds 29,494,665 of its shares in Treasury.
The number of shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury) is now 111,083,489.
