TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Howden Joinery Group Plc (the "Company") announces that on 8 April 2016 it purchased through Numis Securities Ltd the following number of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 468.42p per share:
Number of ordinary shares purchased and subsequently cancelled: | 400,000 |
Highest purchase price paid per share: | 470.10p |
Lowest purchase price paid per share: | 466.40p |
Following the above transaction, the Company has 637,001,973 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and 10,828,842 ordinary shares in treasury.
