Enterprise Inns PLC10 April 2006 10 April 2006 Enterprise Inns plc - Repurchase of own shares Enterprise Inns plc announces that it has today purchased 200,000 of itsordinary shares at an average price of 924.3422 pence per ordinary share. Thehighest price paid was 925 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 919.5pence per share. Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructiongiven prior to, and as announced by Enterprise Inns on, 31 March 2006 The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the abovepurchase, Enterprise Inns plc holds 21,477,717 ordinary shares as treasuryshares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held astreasury shares) is 328,027,673.
