The Company announces that on 03 March 2026 it has purchased a total of 92,100 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as detailed below:

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 3 March 2026.

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 358,116,136 ordinary shares.

Since 3 March 2026, the Company has purchased 92,100 shares at a cost of £726,908.83.
