Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 23 March 2018, it purchased 302,668 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 77.04 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 68,358,671 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
