On 13 March 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,98,678 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £46.3433 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 16,712,325 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 717,922,006 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
