The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 56,808 ordinary shares in the Company on 7th June 2010 at a price of 763.31p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 8,752,216 shares in Treasury and has 618,725,479 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
