Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 680,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 177.00p, the lowest price paid was 173.70p and the average price paid was 175.1041p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 74,041,724 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,080,485,901 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
