Purchase of own securities

On 15 November 2007, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, 20,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 2765.76 pence per ordinary share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the Company has:

1. 10,257,884 shares held as treasury shares ; and

2. 712,110,628 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
