The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 15 February 2013 it purchased84,715 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 93.25 pence pershare for cancellation.

Following this purchase, the Company now has 47,982,220 Ordinary Shares of 1pence in issue.
