SThree plc announces that on 17 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 85,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 185.8378 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 190.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 183.50 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,210,815 ordinary shares of 1p each.
