bwin.party announces that on 21 May 2013 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 611,343 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 139.16 pence per share. The highest price paid was 140.05 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 135.70 pence per share.

The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 814,696,461 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 810,499,590 (total number of shares in issue minus 4,196,871 shares held by the employee benefit trust (bwin.party Shares Trust) in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
