The Company announces that it has today purchased 200,000 Growth shares for cancellation at 309.62 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Growth shares in issue total 72,964,535

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.

The Company announces that it has today purchased 220,803 Income shares for cancellation at 134.44 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Income shares in issue total 87,537,257.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
