Crown Place VCT PLC01 May 2007 CROWN PLACE VCT PLC SHARE PURCHASE , VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL Crown Place VCT PLC announces that it has, today, purchased 338,268 Ordinaryshares at a price of 37 pence per share. This represents 0.44% of the totalnumber of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These shareswill be cancelled. In addition, a further 1,125,471 Ordinary shares previously held in Treasurywill now be cancelled. Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the Transparency Directive'stransitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following; Crown Place VCT PLC's capital today consists of 84,636,134 Ordinary shares witha nominal value of 10p each. Crown Place VCT PLC holds 7,260,410 shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Crown Place VCT PLC is77,375,724.
