 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company")Transaction in Own SharesThe Company announces that on 21 November 2012 it purchased 62,000 of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each at an average price of 23.04 pence per share. The highest price paid was 23.25p and the lowest price paid was 23.00p. All of these shares will be held as Treasury shares.

The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 497,050,995 shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 156,078 of its shares in Treasury and has 496,894,917 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
