Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 26 September 2018, it purchased 254,558 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 73.75 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 68,581,954 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
