Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 30,275 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 835.19 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,869,909 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,419,533

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 82.15 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 18,200,432 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 79,296,372.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
