Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 211.60p, the lowest price paid was 208.40p and the average price paid was 209.4295p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 31,541,964 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,123,985,661 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
