Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 300,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 230.50p, the lowest price paid was 226.30p and the average price paid was 229.3659p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 11,494,214 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,143,033,411 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
