Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 36,305 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 113.20 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,367,831 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 71,336,966.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
