The Company has today been notified that, as previously indicated on 27th November 2012, Matthew Ingle, Chief Executive, transferred 14,000 ordinary shares in the Company for nil consideration to his adult children.

Mr Ingle holds 3,285,280 shares (0.512% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company).

This announcement is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1)(a).
