All our businesses delivered good sales growth helpedby the strong demand for new technologies, particularly flat screen televisionsand multi media, and the continued return to positive growth for white goods. Darty's revenue grew by 5.1 per cent in local currency, 4.6 per cent like forlike. Darty Box was rolled out to all stores on schedule following the launch inParis at the end of October. Revenue growth at Comet was particularly strong, 7.7 per cent and 7.5 per centon a like for like basis. Revenue at BUT increased by 5.6 per cent in local currency against weakcomparatives. Total store sales grew by 7.1 per cent, up 5.0 per cent like forlike. Our Other Businesses* delivered another strong revenue performance, up 23.2 percent in local currency, 9.6 per cent on a like for like basis. The first Dartystore in Turkey was opened in Istanbul ahead of schedule in December. Chief Executive Jean-Noel Labroue commented, "Sales remained robust over our peak pre and post Christmas trading period andall our businesses delivered good revenue performances. Sales were again led bystrong demand for new technologies, particularly flat screen televisions and laptops, and sales of white goods continued to show positive growth.
