Trading update, Update on Annual Accounts and Suspension of Shares

Kropz plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer, is pleased to announce further sales of 33,000 tonnes of phosphate concentrate from Kropz Elandsfontein (Pty) Ltd during June 2023. This brings sales to date to 130,000 tonnes.

The annual audit is still ongoing and is well progressed, however, the Company will not be in a position to publish its annual report and accounts ("Annual Accounts") for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("FY22") by 30 June 2023, the deadline specified by AIM Rule 19.

Consequently, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 3 July 2023, pending publication of the FY22 Annual Accounts.

The Company expects to publish the FY22 Annual Accounts in July 2023. Further updates will be made as appropriate.

The AGM remains to be held today, as announced on 7 June 2023, and a subsequent shareholder meeting will be called to approve the Annual Accounts.
