Further to the announcement released at 12.15 pm on 26 May 2016 requesting a suspension of trading in the Company's shares, the Company announces that it will be unable to publish its audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 by close of business on 30 June 2016 as required by AIM Rule 19 for Companies, because the audit for that year will not be completed by that time.

The Company also announces that it continues to be in discussion with a third party in order to develop a proposal for the consideration of shareholders as regards the Company's future which it is expected will include securing a capital injection with a view to enable the Company to carry on trading.
