Air Music & Media Group PLC31 January 2005 Air Music and Media Group plc Trading Update Air Music and Media Group plc (AIM: AMU), the UK publisher and distributor ofaffordable entertainment to over 55 countries, is pleased to provide investorswith the following update on trading since the announcement of its interimsresults for the six months ended 30 September 2004 announced on 3 December. Trading has continued to proceed in line with management expectations and theGroup has benefited from a strong third quarter. In particular, the Groupexperienced buoyant trading during the Christmas period, which exceededmanagement budgets, and confirms that the final quarter is progressing in linewith market expectations. Music Box Leisure Ltd, suppliers of entertainment products to supermarket chainsand a wide range of other retailers, was acquired by Air Media in October 2004for £27,150,000. Your Board is pleased to report that the integration of MusicBox is progressing well and has made a strong contribution in its first quarteras part of the Group.
