DCD is pleased to announce that its full year results for the year ending 30 June 2007 will be released on Monday, 5 November 2007.

As the Group has previously reported, the Directors of DCD are comfortable with market expectations for the year to 30 June 2007. The Directors are further pleased with the performance of the Group in the new year to date.

The three companies recently acquired, September Holdings Limited ("September"), Prospect Pictures Limited ("Prospect"), and West Park Pictures Limited ("West Park") are all performing at least in line with the expectations of the Directors, who are also pleased with the progress of their integration. September's fourth series of `Bridezillas', the top-rated series on the American WE network, for which it is primarily produced, is currently transmitting in the US and plans for the fifth series are underway. September has also already won two new documentary commissions which are additional to its forecasts. Prospect continues with its lifestyle programming as anticipated, with, for instance, a fourth series of ITV's `Daily Cooks' commissioned, `Saturday Cooks' currently airing on ITV and a second series of `Christmas Cooks' due to transmit on the same channel daily over the festive period. West Park's `Stephen Fry: HIV and Me' screens on BBCTwo in early October, and the producers are preparing to start filming their next venture for BBCOne, `Stephen Fry's In America', within three weeks.

DCD's pre-existing production divisions, Box TV and Iambic Productions are also performing to expectations while Done and Dusted continues its expansion into America, having recently won the staging and filming of `The Environmental Media Awards' in Los Angeles on 24 October. These awards take place annually, as does The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show which Done and Dusted stage and film two weeks later, also in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, DCD's distribution arm NBDtv is preparing for the major `Mipcom' market commencing on 8 October in Cannes with its largest ever slate of programming, and anticipates continuing to increase its turnover bolstered by the slates of programming available from the newly acquired production companies.

DCD Chief Executive, Chris Hunt, commented,

"I am delighted with the initial performance of the three companies we acquired in August, and I am confident that they are on the road to deliver the added value to shareholders that we had anticipated. DCD has a strong stable of top class producers of content across a wide range of genres and with a large and growing number of clients, with extra benefit through the vertical integration provided by our in-house distributor".
