Golden Saint is also following up on a number of additional sales enquiries. These are the first confirmed revenue streams for the Company.
Artisanal gold mining in the Rowaka village Tonkolili
The artisanal miners sponsored by Golden Saint Diamonds SL Ltd ("GSD") in the village of Rowaka have started to recover gold following the washing of the gold gravel. Golden Saint will be in a position to provide an update on quantities recovered in due course.
GSD will have to apply for an export licence for both gold and diamonds in order to be able to export the finds from the artisanal miners in both Rowaka and Zimmi.
Bulk sampling plant - The Dove Explorer
Due to the presence of the Ebola virus in Sierra Leone there has been a 21 day curfew on the movement of the Company's diamond bulk sampling plant, the Dove Explorer, from Kenema to Baja. This curfew is due to expire in 5 days' time, after which Golden Saint will be able to move the plant to Baja, to begin bulk sampling for diamonds.
