Trading update and result of AGM

Densitron Technologies plc ("Densitron" or the "Company" or the "Group") announces that, at the Company's annual general meeting held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed and today provides an update on its trading activities.

I am pleased to report that a number of the projects being worked on during 2013 have now come to fruition. Together with an increase in the core business this has given rise to a 14% increase in the orders booked and a 35% increase in the orderbook compared to the first 5 months of 2013.
